Matrioshka

As I tend to do with personal projects, I take an evocative concept art piece and try to find parts where I can embellish through story-telling or by adding unique flare.

I wanted to convey a sense of impending danger to the humanoid characters in this scene with the main theme being "Hope Engulfed by Doom".

I guess these days one needs to clarify when their work is NOT AI assisted. This work was heavily inspired by the concept art piece Lost in the Void - Rebirth by Cristian Alberto Vasquez as well as futurist Isaac Arthur on YouTube and a dash of Adrian Tchaikovsky's book Children of Time. I did not use any AI tool assistance for this piece.

Lastly, I want to thank Hendrik Nieuwdorp and Martin Moreno for their feedback while I worked on this piece. It’s always good to get artistic eyes and notes from respected colleagues.
